The 4610/Abbott Rd is clear through Tumala (Squaw) Meadows. At 4200' continuing on past Twin Springs CC the road is under 2-3' of snow - I'd guesstimate mid-July for the parts I could see. The area around and North of Twin Springs is also covered with 2-3' snow. The Plaza Trail going North is mostly snow free.
