Baty Butte

A few of us tagged Baty Butte this past Saturday. We were able to drive up to about 4000', just below Lost Creek Meadow. I, along with another, took the short cut and bushwhacked through Lost Creek Meadow and punched out just above the trailhead and the others snowshoed the road. We all met at the trailhead. The trail is still hidden under two feet of snow so route finding would be tough if you didn't know where Baty was. We were actually going to try to get to Thunder Mtn but with the weather conditions, we decided to change it to Baty...
