Just a little out of the district, but the weekend of 7/25-7/27, a new 1/2 mile of trail is being built to connect the Douglas & Wildcat Mtn trails to the new parking area, due to recent closure of the Wildcat Quarry. More info on the other hiking site. 

It also was reported to me recently via email that the FS fixed the washout on the CRT that had closed the trail this spring. There's also a volunteer party meeting at the Fish Creek TH this weekend 7/19 to do some more fixing of the CRT towards Pup Creek.
