It will probably circle back around. I wish they would put their energy towards making permanent the Roadless Rule and "protect" lands that way instead. It would be a better value.

That would be an excellent solution without the red tape.  It's all essentially wilderness anyway, even the recovering clearcuts and ripped up roads.  Like seeds for the future.
