Hi, I'd like some more info on this "campground", looks to be abandoned.  Is the FS road up there driveable, or 4wd only?  Very little info out there, looks to be abandoned for some time.

It is abandoned.  There are a few sites.  A few fire rings.  There is an excellent spring at the end of a short trail leading NE from the camp.

The 4610 Road becomes rough a bit north of High Rock.  It is an older 20's type road with no crushed rock product used.  There are rocks in it capable of oil pan ripping but I wouldn't condider it impassable to non-4WD.

High Rock Springs also has few sites, better water, but not as nice a setting.
