Hiked this trail this spring and found it in resonsible shape although there are a couple places where the trail is thin and drops off steeply. Beautiful old growth and very nice once you get down to the river. The flagging on the vague part of the trail near the bottom helped.

Cleared winter blowdown off of trail last week down to the river  - still clear  except for  ~3-4 trees to cross on the length of the trail.

The Mazamas are planning a work day on the trail later in June to go after the rhododenrons and hopefully the trees across the trail as well.
