Since I couldn't hike yesterday, and I'd been thinking about this for a while, I spent a few hours and "archived" several old message threads from the site here for future reference, as well as a couple of linked PDF files from various sources.  Since the site doesn't have a good search function, I basically navigated back through the months and once I found a thread that seemed interesting/historical, I viewed the entire thread and then copied and pasted it into a PDF.  They aren't terribly pretty, but they do serve the purpose of being able to review old thread info quickly.

If any of you are interested, here is a list of what I got.  Most of them I used the thread name for the title.  Some of them I expanded upon:
