I think that's the last nice link of Huxley Lake Trail. Donovan

Donovan, You are correct. The entire route must have been like this pre-ATV. --Paul

Into the lake has been tore up for quite some time. The upper end was all but overgrown the first time I was on it. I haven't been up there for a while since it got tore up by high horse power nature lovers.

Here is a new photo of a current trail in our district. Don

Any hints?  It doesn't ring any bells for me.... Rob

The trail is named after the creek that it follows. The trail isn't on our current map.

That is a good clue!  I can think of two trails that fit that description - Plaza creek and Rho Creek.  I'm guessing that this is the Rho Creek trail and now that I think about it, I think this is probably closer to the east end of the trail?

Rob you are correct, Rho Creek Trail it is. Spent last weekend on a campout at Rho Creek on the 4671 road with Bob and some of his buddies. You couldn't get much past Tumble Creek before you ran into some snowdrifts. Eventhough we couldn't work on the trail, we managed to get some hiking done in the area. The new sign made it through the winter. Your turn to post something.

One of our better saves.   Hey, are you boys going to get Tumble Creek Trail chased down this year?   Don2

We need to look for that Tumble Creek Trail before a lot of the roads in the area get erased, making it harder to access the area. They were decommissioning roads up near Hawk Mtn last summer when I cut out a few logs below the spring. Don1

OK, so which trail are you referring to?  The one that meets rho creek and crosses tumble creek in this map snippet or the one that kind of follows tumble creek off that trail?

Thats the one. There is a post at the junction on the Rho Creek Trail. I have only been up that trail maybe a few hundred yards or so once,  but I know where it starts.

Rob, I had forgotten that  there was a junction out past Tumble Creek that turned back west towards Jim Meadow. I was interested in the one that went north on past Lowe Creek to Burnt Granite. Rob, we hiked with Kirk on part of that trail when we came down to Tarzan Springs last year when we hiked the Burnt Granite Trail. Don
