Is it the old 702 or "Mile Post 3 Trail"?

Ok, here is another clue: Springs.

Yes! That's it.

Your turn.

Ok, I'm going to take a slightly different tack on this one.  The pictures so far have mostly been viewpoints, but I'm going to include a picture from ON the trail.

This is a current district trail, although I'm pretty sure it is lightly used.  As you can see, it has at least one creek on the trail.

Getting a little harder now. I am thinking that's the Grouse Creek crossing on Dry Ridge?

It is a little harder.  Think lightly used - think "recovered".

Tumble Creek on Rho Creek Trail?

You got it!

Another interesting feature of the new forum here that I found:  If you want to get an email when someone posts a reply to a message, use the "Subscribe" link at the bottom of the page.  When someone posts a new message to that topic, you will get an email at the address you used when you registered here.  It even provides a link to the reply when you get the email.  Pretty neat.

Ok. Here is my new quiz picture. This trail is not in a wilderness.

High Lake?

No, not enough of a dramatic back drop for High Lake, but the rock field water feed is the same. Typical of many of our lakes.

Is it a long trail or a short trail?

Short.

Well, I was hoping someone else would jump in, but I've got a guess.

Buck Lake?

D

That's it. Have you ever been there?

Your turn.

I was there last fall, but it looked a bit different-the leaves were all red, yellow and brown, but no snow yet.  I'll think up a good one and post a picture later tonight.

R

OK, here is my new picture.  This is a current trail in the district.  I'm sure at least a portion of the trail is in a wilderness area, but not sure about the whole trail.

D
Is the trail in one of the new wilderness areas, or in the Bull of the Woods?
