What trail am I on? - Part 2

This looks familiar to me. Is that a picture of a trail junction?

Yes.

Yes.
Is the trail in the Olallie Lake Scenic area?
Is the trail in the Olallie Lake Scenic area?
Nope. Too far south.

Hmmm, then it is not the trail I was thinking of…..Although I can't remember the specific trail that looked like, I'm pretty sure it was in the Olallie area.
Is it a short or a long trail?

That depends, I guess. I think it's about 4 miles more or less.
Donald Presley said:Is it the Rho Creek Trail at the junction of the Tumble Creek Trail?
Yes and no. Yes, it's the Rho Creek Trail. No, it's not the the junction of the Tumble Creek Trail. It's a junction with an abandoned trail which appears to lead to Jim Meadow. This junction is about 1/3 mile or so below the upper end of the Rho Creek Trail (below Road 4670).
Your turn.

There is a similiar post at that junction, but after I think about it, it is still standing upright.
I will have to look for another photo to post.

Rob Williams said:That looks like a view off the Old Baldy Trail?
You are correct, it is the Old Baldy Trail #502. Like I said, I stepped off the trail to get the view towards Eagle Creek and Wildcat Mtn. The brown spot in the meadow must have been an animal, for it wasn't in another photo I took.
Your turn.
OK, I'll jump in.
This trail is in a wilderness, and it's a through trail. Can you tell me both the name of the trail and the general location where the photo was taken?

Well, it doesn't look familiar to me, but I'd love to know where it is!
Is this a current district trail? Or is this a lost/abandoned trail?
Rob Williams said:Is this a current district trail? Or is this a lost/abandoned trail?
This is a current district trail, on all the maps, and has a number. The location of the photo is not too far from a junction with another trail.
I think I know the spot you mean, but that's not it. Too far north.
