I thought that I would start another "What trail am I on?" to start some more talk on this website that seems rather quiet lately. This photo was from last summer's outings, so I know a couple of you were with me when this photo was shot, so shut up or at least delay your response to give others a chance. It is from an abandoned trail in our district.
I have to update my earlier posting. This trail is actually in another district, but access is from our district and it's all wilderness up there.
The dog would happen to be looking for a Hambone would it?

D., Murphy looks for that hambone every time we are in the area. It's not the Hambone Trail, but you are in the right area. Great views from along the ridge.

I should have also mentioned that the butte in the background with the rockslide on it is Hambone Butte. The knoll to the right in the foreground I don't think has a name but the trail in question goes over it.
