Bryon Boyce said How about 517 Cripple Creek - Grouse Point trail? Still too far south - one more clue - this is a lightly used trail.

Well, I don't think I was that close, but....I've only been to lower rock lake once, probably 11 years ago. That must be why it didn't look familiar ...

I was going to guess Granite Peaks (there are 3 of them), but I have no idea what lake that could possibly be.
